iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂(通用型)纺织防霉剂一种高效、安全性能优异的防霉产品，对于各类细菌、真菌的生长繁殖有极强的快速杀菌作用。它的抗菌霉菌十分广谱，引入特种纺织、纤维亲和技术，促使有效成份均匀分布在其表面上，iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂通过破坏细菌的细胞壁，由于胞内渗透压是胞外渗透压的 20-30 倍，来使细胞膜破裂，胞浆物外泄，这样也就终止了微生物的代谢过程。使微生物无法生长和繁殖。纺织防霉剂可赋予织物高效的防霉除臭及耐水洗性，保持产品气味清新。并且特别环保，对皮肤无刺激，不含甲醛和重金属离子等有害物质,符合环保要求。

本公司所销售的纺织防霉剂可用于棉、尼龙、聚酯等纤维制品上加工，有着广泛的用途。最近在不织布、发泡聚氨酯、合成皮革等材料上也有所用。
适用于各项天然纤维，如棉、麻、羊毛…等；及人造纤维，如聚酯、耐隆、聚丙烯(p.p)莱卡弹性纤维缧萦(Rayon)、腊酸纤维、玻璃纤维、…等；及以上之
混纺织物。

使用方法 How to use
批次式色纱生产：可使用于筒纱染及绞纱染制程中 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂使用量：
3%~5%(o.w.f.)浴比： 1:10~1:20
Dyed yarn batch production ： Usage of bobbin yarn is 3%~5%(o.w.f.),bath ratio
is1:10~1：20； Usage of skein dyeing is 3%~5%(o.w.f.),bath ratio is1:10~1：20
pH5~7(弱酸或中性)

iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂能容易地在水中稀释。在搅拌水的同时将 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂
加入即成 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂的稀释溶液，iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂的水溶液浓度依被
处理物的原料、处理方法和制品的用途等而调整。
iHeir - BJ （Textile Anti-mold Agent） can diluted in water easily. Stiring in
the water at the same time, adding iHeir - BJ would modulate dilute solutions.
iHeir-BJ dilute concentration adjusted by processing of raw materials,
processing methods and products use.
加工纤维可利用一般的染色机，例如处理纱线时可用奥氏染色机、绞纱染色机和筒
子染色机，处理织物时可用绳状染色机、浸渍染色机，处理制品则可用滚筒染色机。
可以在染色制程后经充份洗净、脱水后，干燥制程之前进行 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂的
加工。
Processing fiber can use general dyeing machine, such as Obermaier dyeing
machine,skein dyeing machine,bobbin dyeing machine,they all can handing
yarn.When handing fiber that should choose rope dyeing machine or dip
dyeing machhine,but handing ware that should choose perforated cylinder dyeing
machine. Washing fully, dewatering after dyeing process,then joining iHeir-BJ
before drying process.
进行 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂加工时，最重要的是被处理物的表面，在 iHeir-BJ 纺织防
霉剂加工前务必充份地洗净。易脱落的物质，例如多余的染料、洗涤剂和其它污物
等等，务必用水或热水充份洗净。若在沾污的处理物上进行 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂加
工，那么洗一次它即会与污物同时脱落，是没有耐久性的。经 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂
加工后，将被加工物放在 80-120℃下烘干脱水后，它即会在被加工物的表面形成坚
固的覆膜。iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂的覆膜形成不是加热硬化，干燥程序反而是将湿的被
加工物烘干而己。即使在室温下晾干其抗菌性能和经加热干燥是相同的。
In processing of iHeir-BJ,the important thing is treating surface.So,please
wash clean enough,espacially the material who is easy to fall,like redundant
dyes, detergents and other contaminants, and so on .It must wash clean with water
or hot water.There is not durability that processing polluted fiber,because iHeir-JB
will fall off together with contaminants at once time.However,after processing of
iHeri-JB,the processed products dry under 80-120℃ that will form a film covering
on its surface.The film covering was not hot hardening but for drying ,that is said
dry the wet processed products directly .Even at room temperature to dry, its
antibacterial properties is the same as baking .
若需柔软、手感、吸水、防静电、防污整理时，必须考虑这些整理加工剂的离子性。
例如，若是阳离子型或非离子型的加工剂，虽然可以和纺织防霉剂同浴处理，但为
了提高 iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂的加工效率，最好还是用一浴二段或二浴分开处理较好。
对阴离子型的加工剂，则忌用同浴处理，应用二浴处理加工。以上所有场合都应是
iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂先加工。
If need to soft,handle, water uptake,anti-electrostatics,anti-soiling finish
that must considering the ionicity of processing agent.If the
processing agent is cationic or nonionic,it is better to one-bath two-step
process or two-bath process which will increase the efficiency ,but
remamber don’t water-curing together.Above all occasions ,iHeir - BJ
（Textile Anti-mold Agent）should be process first.

iHeir-BJ 纺织防霉剂采用 25KG 蓝色四方塑料桶包装，请将本产品放在阴凉干燥的
地方，且儿童不宜接触，避免接触到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接触到眼睛或口鼻，请立
即用大量清水冲洗。

touch the mouth, nose, eyes, etc.If access to the eyes or nose and mouth,
rinse immediately with plenty of water, please.
注意事项：本产品属于环保产品,但不排除个别人会产生过敏现象,因此建议使用橡
胶手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮肤与药剂接触,可使用肥皂水清洗,产品若滴入眼中,应
立即使用清水冲洗,若比较严重者,建议立即就医.
